Built Environment
We deliver environmental design and performance aspects to property developers that promote sustainable construction practices and energy efficiency. We provide multi-disciplinary services to property developers seeking to meet international green standards such as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) and Green Star developed by the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA).
We work with Government and Non-Government Organizations to ensure compliance for offshore and domestic investment of small to mid-size renewable energy infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia. We work with our financial partners to structure equity and debt models for our projects. RGI Energy project manages the process through to financial close and ultimately the utility’s commissioning.
